At Rebuilt, we promote four strategic anchors that we believe are absolutely essential for rebuilding a parish. One of those anchors is shaping a clear discipleship path that helps the people in the parish become more and more like Jesus.
As spiritual leaders, our role is to lay out clearly the path or route that helps people grow as Christ followers on their spiritual journey.
Here are a few tips we recommend that help people in the pews grow as Christ followers:
- Identify the practices and systems that help people grow as disciples
- Invite parishioners to share their faith
- Connect Giving to Discipleship
- Be a parish of Small Groups
- Encourage prayer and a sacramental life
- Help members share their faith
