What Happens at the Workshops?

Each one-hour workshop focuses on a key ministry topic and includes both teaching and time for small group discussion. Over the two weeks of each series, you’ll leave with clear action steps and practical worksheets to bring back to your parish team.

The strategies you’ll gain come from the Rebuilt Model, the lived experience of our home parish, insights from Partner Parishes, and wisdom shared in your small groups.

By the end of each series, our goal is simple:
you’ll walk away with an actionable plan tailored for your parish.

Week 1: The Why

A Rebuilt Parish presenter or a leader from our home parish, Church of the Nativity, introduces the topic through the lens of the Rebuilt Model. We’ll explain why this issue matters for parish renewal and offer practical ways to begin approaching it.

Week 2:  The How

A Partner Parish leader shares their story of putting the Rebuilt principles into practice. These parishes have been coached in the model and bring real examples of how the Strategic Anchors work across different settings and cultures.

Group Discussion

Following the presentation, you’ll join a Zoom breakout room for conversation and connection with parish leaders from around the world. Guided by a Rebuilt facilitator, your group will reflect on the workshop topic and exchange insights you can apply in your parish.
