Build a Thriving Volunteer Ministry System
Last week, we announced our upcoming spring courses, each designed to dive deep into a specific aspect of the Rebuilt model. Our aim is for parishes to make significant strides in a particular area by the end of the course. We are excited to offer courses on leadership, expanding outreach to reach the lost, and our flagship course: establishing a thriving volunteer ministry system.
Volunteer ministers are the life blood of the church. We simply cannot have the impact God wants us to have as parishes without volunteers and intentional practice of attracting and building up our volunteers. Serving in ministry helps our members grow as disciples of Jesus Christ. Through volunteering in ministry, members grow in their faith.
As we navigate this season, I believe this course holds particular significance and will be instrumental in your parish's success.
