Our Weekend Observations are designed with one goal in mind: to equip your parish with tools and knowledge so that you can reach your greatest potential. We believe that every church has its own strengths and unique culture, and we're here to help you build upon them while identifying areas for growth.

Schedule a Weekend Observation

What's Included

When you decide to schedule a Weekend Observation, our experienced team will visit your church to observe various aspects of your weekend liturgies and identify areas for growth. From the warmth of your welcome to the effectiveness of your message delivery, we'll provide you with comprehensive feedback tailored to your parish's needs.

Prep Work

A member of your team (the pastor or a leading staff member) will complete an initial online self-assessment
The Rebuilt team will prepare by watching online Mass and reading your self-assessment
Together we'll have a 30 minute prep call to set the expectations and focus for the visit

On-Site Weekend

We'll arrive on Saturday to meet the team and take a tour of the building and grounds
We'll attend each of the Masses over the weekend
We'll cordially meet and chat with parishioners and take part in the experience of your weekend liturgy and parish activities

Following the Visit

A thorough Visit Report will be completed with 10-14 days
The Rebuilt Team will lead a 1 hour follow-up call to walk through our observations and suggested next steps

Small Groups

Begins: Wednesday, August 24th

Objective: Parishes will access strategies, content, and practices that assist in building, maintaining, and growing small groups within their parishes.

Objective Description: Parishes will develop and plan for a launch of small groups designed to help their church community grow deeper in their relationships with Christ, with strategies to maintain momentum in moving from a church “with” small groups to a church “of” small groups.

Sample Schedule

We will organize the overall calendar with efficiency in mind, to give your Pastor and team the best opportunity to take your parish further, faster. On and off coaching weeks will allow the parish team to digest and make progress on ideas, and your follow-up meetings with a personal coach enables you to flesh out plans as needed and remain on track. The off weeks also allow your team to continue to participate in our Rebuilt Webinars and Small Groups.
